Any such use is the sole responsibility of the user, and we reserve the right to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, including the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), where required by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the operation of the service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of Pakistan that apply to consumers resident in Pakistan remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is, where legally permissible, the registered seat of the provider.
